Great customer service, the 2 people that i have talked with there have both been very friendly and helpful. Security gate that you have to have a code to get in. The whole facility, including the individual storage units are very clean and well maintained. I've had storage units other places, but this by far is the BEST. Good pricing and size on the units. You get extra height as the buildings have a steeper pitched roofs than most places. This not only helps in the winter to prevent snow build up, its also less likely that you will ever have to deal with a roof leak. I highly recommend PR storage!
