I’ve had a great experience with PR Storage. Getting set up was easy and everyone on their team is so friendly and professional!
They keep everything clean, well maintained (especially with the winters we get), and they have solid lighting and separate entrance and exit gates.
My favorite little detail is the hook on the side wall of the units for the padlock. It sounds small, but I used to misplace my lock all the time at my old unit because I was always setting it down somewhere.
That little feature makes such a difference, and it shows that their team has really thought about the customer experience, not to mention everything else they do in service of their customers.
They are family owned and operated, which feels especially meaningful these days.
I recommend them to everyone because I truly believe they are the best in Muskegon!“
